Open Level Vinyasa yoga classes incorporate creative sequencing, yoga philosophy, meditation and breath. Expect a dynamic flow progressing through standing postures, forward folds, backbends, balancing poses, twists and maybe even some inversions. Some previous experience of yoga asana is expected.
